My Dukan Diet Diary...

Hey Tamar, only 6lbs to go. Well done young lady! I am fast catching up though 12lbs to go for me. :D
 
aww Beck she was amazing i love her! :) what a woman, aww well done Beck you'll be there before me now i can tell i'm feeling really demotivated lately i haven't cheated but just feel bleurgh don't know why must be the weather getting me down... :(


Day 130 PP:
B: Oat Bran Porridge
D: Chicken
L: Chicken
Drinks: 2 black coffees, 3 green teas, 2L Water


Day 131 PV:
B: Oat Bran Porridge
L: 3 egg omelette
D: chicken BNS Wedges
Drinks: 2 L water, diet coke, 1 green tea, 3 black coffees

Day 132 PP ( ended up going to a friends for dinner so had some veg :/ )
B: Oat Bran Porridge
D: Chicken, brocoli, cauliflower, sprouts, carrotts
L: Chicken
Drinks: 2L Wtaer, diet coke, 4 green teas, 2 black coffees

haha aww it was i had a bit today aswell lol :/ plus i did my WI this morning sts i don't feel to bad about it though it was bound to happpen at some stage and I've had a good day booked rihanna and David Guetta tickets golden circle for the millennium stadium in June so that cheered me up :)

Snack: 2 poached eggs, 2 bacon medallions
Lunch: 4 chicken legs
D: Dukan chilli, and BNS Wedges ( and its a plate full haha! ;)
Drinks: 2 black coffees, 4 green teas, 1 diet coke, 2L Water

I'm feeling better about the diet at last today hopefully it'll motivate me into losing a little bit this week :confused:

You have done well so far, I think the last few lbs are very slippery. Just stay focused and we wil get there, maybe your body is waiting for me!:D
 
Sorry I've been away for a while work has been crazy the past few days well the good news is i lost 3lbs this week weighed this morning only 3 lb to go!! :) I can't remember all the diaries of the past few days but there was a lot of chicken ;) so I'll start from today

Day 139 PV:
B: Oat Bran Porridge
Snack:2 egg ommette, 2 bacon medallions
Lunch: beef, turkey
Dinner: Dukan bolognaise, BNS wedges
Drinks: 1 diet coke. 2 black coffees, 2L Water, 4 green teas

I bet your well chuffed Tamara! Has it made u re evaluate ur TW now knowing how close u are and made u want to carry on or are you happy with another 3lb loss? Xx
