Thanks girls :) 3/4 lbs down this morning :) last protein day today, I just had a bit too drink on Saturday Laura so i thought it was best to do a sort of mini attack to get rid of it plus I'm working strange shifts this week so it was easier to do protein up until today i'll go back to 1/1 tomorrow :) I was lovng the shred but the last time i did it was saturday because of this weeks strange shifts I can't decide wether to start again tomorrow on my day off and just do it when i can or wait until i get to goal so i have some aims then like exercise ones hmmm...
 
wow this thread is a real motivator, TamaraAbi you have such a good and strong mind set - its incredible! :) ...Enjoy your veg tonight :) you deserve it :)
 
So I did my measurements today and i've lost an inch from my waist and hips from last month and four from my chest :O :(, but im happy with that :) plus i bought a dress two days ago ready for when i go away in the summer it was in the sale from last year a bodycon flowery print one from missguided i bought it in a size 8 so i could fit into it for when i reach goal and tone up but it fits me now :O I was beyond shocked!!! :)


Today's Menu Day 213 PV:
B: Oat bran porridge, 3 boiled eggs
L: chicken
D: dukan cotagge pie, BNS wedges
Drinks: 2L Water, 2 black coffees, 4 green teas

Don't forget, it's not all boob size it's also the size around your bra line. Woohoo! I can't wait for this to happen to me :) Go go go!

holidaydress.jpg This is the size 8 holiday dress from Missguided, thought I would take a picture of it so I could compare it to when i'm at goal and have done exercise to tone up and wearing it, plus i'm proud of being able to fit into a size 8 since i was wearing size 18/20's when i started!! I know I don't look like a size 8 in this picture though haha :)
