My Dukan Diet Diary...

View attachment 77674 This is the size 8 holiday dress from Missguided, thought I would take a picture of it so I could compare it to when i'm at goal and have done exercise to tone up and wearing it, plus i'm proud of being able to fit into a size 8 since i was wearing size 18/20's when i started!! I know I don't look like a size 8 in this picture though haha :)

aww thank you Munchkin I don't feel it though aha, lately everyones been telling me to stop and that i'm iny now and i'm going too far and i know theyre being nice but its just messing my head up a bit because i know i'm not going too far im a size 10 and 10st 4 not too small i have a gal i want to reach and i can't wait to go on conso then but whe people say things like that to me it confuses me so much haha :/

You look ab fab as you are dont let anyone play with your motivation. The only advise I would give is set your tw at an achievable, sustainable weight. I would love to be smaller but think that I would struggle to stay there. Your the best judge of you and you decide xxx

... in response to this dilemma my advise would be ---> you know whats best for your body and your happiness :) keep up the healthy choices and hopefully the confusion should settle :)

So i've changed WI to friday's ready for conso so tomorrow is WI hoping for a loss but i doubt it as it's that awful TOTM! :/..

I'm proud to have fitted into two different size s/m missguided bodysuits i never thought i'd fit into them and i do and they actually look nice on :O I've ordered some new skinny jeans in a size 10 so i'm hoping when they come i can fit into them and I can wear them both together :) anyway that was a nice NSV for afterwork on a monday afternoon :)
