Well I had a lovely weekend I hope you all did girls had a great night out for a friends birthday got a little tipsy and had a lovely time back to consoing today weighed this morning and I sts over the weekend xx

Had my gala meal for this week on Monday I had a harvester and it was lovely then went straight back to normal consoing Can't wait for my piece of toast in a bit haha xx

Conso is going great feeling back in charge at last and I've lost 3 pounds this week without trying! and its TOTM! i'll take it though haha, I'm making an exercise plan as I was really enjoying it before I got ill and just haven't found the energy to get back to it so i'm going to star again Monday xx

So I'm going to start exercising again today I was going to go to the gym but the opening hours are all different because of the bank holiday, so a nice walk on the beach and sand dumes/ mountains it is then a dukan style bbq and hopefully catch a tan in the process xx

Hiya girls sorry I haven't been on here in a while, My internet connection had been cut off it has been a nightmare :/ everything is great with me thanks girlies Im still consoing happily, I'm into the gym again, I have a boyfriend!! haha I'm going away in 5 weeks life is good at the mpment how are you all i'll have to catch up with all your diaries in a bit xx
