It was delicious thank you ladies, really yummy! But the scales don't seem to be moving this week... Weigh in tomorrow and I'm expecting a STS, not too fussed as I lost 5 last week.

Yes busy as usual Did a 20 hr course online on Maths for infants Twas brilliant! Learnt loads and will Definately b concentrating on more hands on play when teaching mathematical concepts...
Kids r getting really excited Only 2 more days My sons headaches r d same. I'm hoping they'll wear off while we're away! Have found a website online called 'testyourintolerance.com' which involves a hair sample sent over 2d UK in d post
Will do dat when we return if ders no improvement Thought d reflexology ( course of 6 sessions) helped. Reflexologist noted a lot of pressure in his head as well as kidneys and bladder being sensitive. SO hard 2 know

How's Ur dog? Do u still walk him daily? Fair play ! Weather has been desperate all wk Glad 2 get away.

Shoebs that sounds fascinating- I have a lot of respect for teachers as I am absolutely rubbish at teaching anyone anything, I can't change the way I explain things and get frustrated when people don't understand me (which is most of the time :p) Where are you jetting off to? The weather is abysmal here too, I was just going to pop to the shop but it's suddenly torrential rain, again! So much for summer :mad: So much bad weather makes me really grumpy!
Still walk the dog every day, twice, although he's going mad at the minute as he has cut a pad so is hopping along on 3 legs. It's nothing serious and will heal quickly but I'm not taking him for walks whilst it's trying to heal- I know he'll end up chasing a rabbit or something and making it worse. But he's got loads and loads of energy so he's being a right handful.

Ah Ur poor dog Sorry to hear dat! Hard to get it to stop Bleedin when they put weight on it! Is it bandaged up? Did u have 2 being him 2 d vet?
I'm over in Lanzarote for 6 wks Brought Smoothie 2 go blender and shakes Gotta catch up with u :))

Ahh shoebs Lanzarote for 6 weeks sounds amazing!!! Didn't take pup to the vet as it wasn't infected or bleeding still, so it was just a cut to look after really. I bandaged it up but he wasn't happy about it at all... You can imagine what it looks like for a 40kg German shepherd to have a bandage on his foot which he doesn't want there. He shredded it in about 5 seconds flat! So in the end I just had to keep him from running around lots- it seems to be healing well now and he's hardly limping now :)

Giggles... We're very close now... Lost 4 lbs this week! So I only have 1 lb to go!!! Eeeeeeeek!!!

I bloody stayed the same! A pound left to go and I stayed the same arghhhhhhhhh! Another week then... *sigh*
 
A week will fly by! Getting to goal is totally worth the wait, too!
 
Thanks FF. Being only a pound away is making friends and family say 'it's only a pound! Forget about it' but if I don't reach that weight I won't feel like I've achieved my goal.
I don't know whether to stay on the packs another week or just until I reach my goal? What would you do?
