Hey hun, so impressed that you're close to target and still keeping a diary, I can't imagine myself being bothered that far down the line but I'm inspired now! Love what you're eating but something caught my eye, you put '3 digestives, 9 syns'... I may be wrong, and if I am, I probably lost out on a lot of syns last month, but I thought 1 digestive was 3.5 syns, no matter if it's normal or 'light'? xxx

im really struggling this week - its * week and feeling like i need more syns than i set out with. Wanted to limit to 50 but as usual used more syns during the week than i should have. Going to try get filling up on free food during the weekend and hope i at least stay the same during * week x
 
its just what i do when i need to a boast - i try not to focus my week around syns so i limit then and fill up with free food, im also very close to target and feel i dont need as much
 
so i feel off the bagwagon and as a result put on 1lbs, but im back on track after a good class discussion.
Tommorow is a new week - just finsihed a great sw chicken stir fy yummyummy

knitter its sssssoooooooooooo easy - sounds not very nice but i was soo surprised and best thing ive had as snacky in ages.
Okay so it 2mug shot any flavour - i went for minestrone and tomato as free, half tin of sweetcorn and a few mushrooms chopped up, make your mugshot as normal then put in veg - put into caserole dish and then mix in 2 beat up eggs, if you want you can double mixture, basically every mugshot = 1egg. let me know how you get on , i put it in my oven for 30 mins but mines is rubbish at heating so just keep an eye on it

Is it quiche like? I may have a go after I've been shopping as I only have one mugshot at the moment. Many thanks for that.
 
SATURDAY - EE

Breakfast - hex a - 180 hot milk, hex b - weetabix x2.
Snack - strawberries and grapes, x2 peaches, x2 mullerlight, apple.
Lunch/Dinner - Baked potato, beans and haggis (10syns) and huge salad with red onions.
Snack - homemade tomatoe ans veggie pasta, yogurt, x2 oranges

SYNS - haggis approx 10 syns ????
skinny latte 6 syns = 16syns

TOTAL = 55syns

plan is to have a 100% day tomorrow with lots of free food. Weight in this monday and still feeling bloated so hoping to lose the 1lb i put on * week.
I graduate on friday (although i qualified 9mths ago so im really going for it this week).
