what a badd day ... breakfast eggs and bread (b) snack ajacks (4.5) had intentions of being good but gillivers world was not planned as it should of been ended up burger and chips and a donut...then later 6 hwings and a mini fillet burger.... 3protein shakes sweets yogs milk cheese butty

breakfst 8: protein shake(6) lunch- rancher salad snack grapefruit -pack seafood sticks -tin tuna - protein shake(6)and half turkey breasts butty with spinach baby leaf toms cucumber and later will be protein shake (6)
 
brakfast egg on toast (sauce 1) b
dinner turkey and chicken stirfry ..blue dragon sauce (3.5)(half sweet chilli garlic)yuk
follwed by milkshake (a) banana
tea was at 11 at night just a chiken bbq breast
snack ajacks (4.5)x2 and a ham butty with salad cream (2) and b

dinner yogurt. chicken cooked in lea and perrins with garlic and aromat with pepsi mak on a pc bread (3 or half a b)
so ether red day with b and 2 as with 11 sys left or 2 as and 14 syns

been away from here couple of days been going for comfort foodinstead..yesterday massiv burger pinapple onion mustard ketchup salad extra llean mince obv n today christmas dinner...parsnip sos in bacon..squash,roasties,carrot n turnip cauli turkey mash n bit gravy with a tablespoon of cranberry sauce
