My first weigh in

    Hi guys, yesterday I finished my first week on slimfast and weighed in. I've lost 5lb I'm soooooooo pleased it's untrue. I don't know how I've managed it - I had a couple of bad days but even after 4 days my fella could notice I'd lost a little he'd been away from monday till thursday evening and soon as he saw me he asked if I'd lost weight!!!

    WK 1 -5lb :wow:

    Well done Karen, I have often thought of doing SF, do you have 2 shakes and then a meal?

    - Jo: Yeah you have a choice of shake, smoothie or soup twice a day and then your own 600cal evening meal (800cal for men I think) and up to three 100cal snacks (SF do some nice choc bars/pretzils/cheese thingies etc)
