my food diary(extra easy)

Glad you got back on track. I was off plan all weekend, as away, and was so naughty I will have to be extra extra good this week:eek:
 
I didnt keep a food diary all of last weekend and gained 1.5 lbs at weigh in. i was so disappointed but that was the last thing i was thinking about really. my husband is gone home his father passed away on sunday :( its been very hard on him as they were so close and he wasnt sick so it was very sudden.. i hadnt the energy to cook or the time with everything going on so i was having takeaways!
I got back on track yesterday, even having takeaways was only for convenience i didnt enjoy them very much!!
 
Wednesday: 13th April

Breakfast: 2 apples and mullerlight and HEB:28g porridge

Lunch: ommlette with tomato and spinach

Dinner: potato and cheese bake HEA: 42g reduced fat cheddar with brocolli

Snacks: grapes

Syns: curly wurly 6 syns
 
Thursday 14th April:

Breakfast: HEB: 28g porridge and mullerlight

Lunch: 2 eggs, beans tomato and mushroom

Dinner: marinated chicken with potato and salad

Snacks: potato and leek soup
orange and grapes

Syns: 2 tbsp ketchup 2 syns
 
Really sorry to hear your sad news.
It's so dreadful when that happens but especially when it's sudden as it happened to my dad years ago and the shock was awful.
Don't worry about your weight gain, it was natural after what you were going through. Looks like you are back on track.
My thoughts are with you both at such a sad time.

Thank u so much. :) im feeling better because kadir is with his family now where he needs to be. i just felt guilty i couldnt go my shoulder is too painful i wouldnt have been able to travel! but i know he's ok so thats all that matters xxxx
 
Saturday 15th April:

Breakfast: HEB: 28g porridge and 1 mullerlight

Lunch:lean ham with boiled egg and salad

Dinner: sw chips with mushy peas and mushroom and onions

Snacks: grapes, 2 apples, mullerlight

Syns: 2 tbsp light mayonnaise 4 syns
 
Sunday 16th April:

Breakfast: HEB: 28 porridge

Lunch: lean ham with salad

Dinner: potato bake with mushy peas and HEA: 42g mozerella

Snacks: mullerlight and diet coke

Syns: kit kat 11 1/2 syns
 
Im really dreading weigh in tuesday night after my 1.5 lb gain last week :O im really hoping for a 3lb loss! its been a rough with after the death of kadir's dad and the fact i couldnt be there for him at the funeral. im sure this week will be better :)

Lunch: pasta with veg and HEA: 4 light cheese triangles

Dinner: 2 gammon steaks with carrots and parsnips

Im good today thanks :) weather is gorgeous here too. looking forward to weigh in tonight im anxious to see what ive lost. kadir is still in turkey he'll be back the 4th may so 2 weeks tomorrow. he needed that time at home its only been 9 days since his dad passed away.

Sorry to read about your fatherinlaw passing away Aisling, do hope you are feeling a bit better now and your OH is back with you.

Try not to be so hard on yourself, you are going thro' a tough time so it's not surprising that it is hard to keep on track.
