my food diary(extra easy)

Hi Aislingb, You are still doing quite well. Do try to relax a bit more over your so called errors, consider them as choices rather than "wrongs" then you won't find that you are prone to eating too many. Relaxation is a wonderful healer and motivator. Owning those blips AND enjoying them at the time will spur you on to better things.

thanks for your lovely words. this week ive actually accepted that im still losing weight and to keep going. im trying my best to have a great week as i only have 2 lbs to lose for my 2 stone award!
my husband has been telling me the same thing just to relax. im feeling better now :)

I am having a good week, food wise and otherwise.;)
Looking forward to Mother's day, seeing 2 of my 3 children and their Nanna's.
I have requested the DVD "Eat,Pray,Love" and the sequel to the book so fingers crossed (not that they ever listen to me,hehe!) plus it's not about the gifts, I'm just proud to have them:)

Thursday 31st March:

another good day today. i forgot to gloat about the fact that i fit into a river island size 14 yesterday :party0049: a generous 14 but still a 14.. ok ive said 14 four times now.time to stop :p its just i havent been that size for a few years now!

Lunch: lentil soup

Dinner: potato and cheese bake used hea for reduced fat cheddar with brocolli

Breakfast: HEB: 5 scan bran with HEA: 3 laughing cow light cheese triangles

Lunch: slice of turkey

Dinner: pasta with mince and veg and salad

Saturday 2nd April:

Breakfast: HEB: 28g porridge

Lunch: salad (chicken, peppers, tomato lettuce) HEA: 28g cheddar cheese

skipped dinner wasnt feeling well :(

Syns: coleslaw 5 syns
4 chocolate sweeets 6 syns

Total: 11 syns

waas hoping on having a 100% week but dont mind the syns today as i havent used hardly any all week :D
 
Sunday 3rd March:

hope all the mums had a lovely mother's day and got spoilt :) I spent yesterday with my mam so today i went into town and ended up buying loads of stuff from primark ( alot of which wre size 14's) :D
but as usual im sure ill take half of them back.
i just spent the evening relaxing with my husband watching movies!!
so my food diary for today..............

Dinner: chicken and leek pie (1 syn) with brocolli

Weigh in tomorrow and ive been so good this week im really hoping i get that 2 lbs for my 2 stone award! :cross:

Breakfast: HEB: 28g porride with tbsp sweetener

Lunch: 2 turkey slices with salad

Dinner: sw spaghetti bolognese with HEA: 42g reduced fat cheddar cheese

Snacks: 2 apples
2 mullerlight yoghurts
500ml bottle 7up free

Syns: tbsp light mayonnaise: 2 syns

Total 2 syns :)

hi emmaline. im very happy i lost 4.5 lbs tonight that got me my 2 stone award, into the 13's and over half way to target. couldnt believe i lost that much to be honest!

well i got my 2 stone award tonight after lsing 4.5 lbs cue bunnydance :bunnydance: i feel so happy after the recent weeks where i was a little disappointed. really stuck to it this week and made sure i had 1/3 superfree throughout the day. had a curry chip tonight to celebrate :p but didnt really enjoy it that much!

Breakfast: mullerlight, 2 slices turkey HEB: lemon hi fi bar

Lunch: 2 egg ommlette with tomato, mushroom and HEA: 42g reduced fat cheddar

Dinner: curry chips 15 syns :O

Syns: dinner 15 syns
1 tsp mayonnaise(light) 1 syn
curly wurly 6 syns
Total: 22 syns oops!
