lunch:
3 eggs chopped
1 slice of Warb W/meal 800g hexb
banana

dinner:
jacket potato
mild cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce (1/2 syn)
 
Id starve to death eating that! Dont be scared to eat! A MINIMUM of 5 syns a day, and eat as much superfree as you can - as someone above said AT LEAST five a day!
 
Tuesday - Red Day

cold meat - free

Homemade soup - potatoes, carrots, onions - all free
Stockcubes - 1.5 syns each

Dinner
jacket potato, beans, lettuce, beetroot - all free
28g cheese - 1 hexa
