Morning another little helper here!!! Thought I would jump in and say please stick with it, I was the same losing the same few pounds for a while but now I got over that blip and weigh less than I have for a long long time. I'm sure it's cause I came on here and posted my food( which actually means keeping track of everything you eat) and also got great support from everyone on here. And like jackie says we want your recipes ;-) he he

Breakfast:
3 x weetabix with ss milk hex a and b
2 x grapefruit
Banana

Dinner:
Corn on cob
Mushrooms fried in olive oil !!! Hex b
Onions fried with spray (fws)
Eggs (fws)
JP
Low low in jp hex a
Ribeye steak girdled
Courgette roasted
Sugar snap peas steamed
Broccolini steamed
Tin toms

About 2 syns allowing for excess oil and fat

Breakfast:
3 x wheetabix (hex b)
Ss milk (hex a)
2 x grapefruit
1 x banana

Lunch:
1 x cup of carrot(ish) soup

Dinner:
Roast chicken
Roast: Aubergine, bns, sweet potato, potato, courgette, onion and carrots, aunt Bessie parsnips
Spinach
Brussels
1 x lindor !!!

Total syns: 8

Food looks good today :) How on earth do you manage 2 grapefruit's though I couldn't manage half think there vile!!!
 
They are definitely an acquired taste. I vary between white/yellow, pink and red and put a satchel of Splenda on each one.

5 x eggs!!!!!
Salad no dressing: peppers, cauliflower, cucumber, radish, carrots, spring onion
Soup made with carrots, onions and other good stuff
Cottage cheese with pineapple
5 x scan bran with low low and marmite
3 little brownies :(
1 x apple
Grapes
... that's it!!!!

Dinner:
Home made KFC sw style
Actifried chips made with potatoes and bns
Mushrooms
Courgette
Sugar snap peas
Broccoli
Pickled cucumber
