Ok here goes: EE

Breakfast:
2 weetabix (hex)
Semi skimmed milk

Lunch:
1/2 a cucumber!!!
1/2 a cup of homemade soup with bns, pumpkin and carrots

Dinner:
Roast lamb, onions, carrot mash, new pot mash, purple sprouts, banana, blackberries

Snack:
2 roll mops, 1 carrot

Not great day as felt rough hence no proper food till dinner

Syn total = 2 for fat in lamb. Tried to get rid of most fat.

Any comments appreciated!!!

Well done for starting a diary. It definately helps as we then have people to answer to :D

Food looks fab. Considering you felt rough you did brilliantly, very impressed :)

What are roll mops?? I know I should know but I don't ...

Keep up the diary as its good for keeping motivated. Also recently I have found writing down 3 positives a day really helps. Sounds silly but just writing them helps me to feel more motivated and I read them if having a bad day. :)

I knew I'd heard of them before but couldn't think.. never tried them, mind you I am amazed how many new foods I have tried since starting sw x
 
Today's grub: EE

2 x bananas
1 x decaf coffee with sugar free coffee mate - 1 x syn

Lunch:
Salad (carrot, cauliflower, cucumber, radish, peppers all raw, no dressing)
Home made soup (bns, carrot, pumpkin, onion)
Scan bran with 3 x laughing cow lights and loads marmite heb a & b
4 hb eggs
Apple
Grapes
Diet coke

Dinner:
Roast chicken , no skin eaten
Roasted - bns, sweet pot, courgettes, carrots, leeks, Aubergine
spinach, green beans
Olive oil. 1 x syn

Desert:
1 x biscuit - 5 x syns (but worth it :) )
1 sugar free jelly - 1 syn

Total syns 8

Not too bad. Feel totally stuffed. Not too surprised after all that ^^^ !!!

:8855: I gathered that and I do understand really was just teasing .. I never used to do brekkie and couldn't bear it yet now its weird I couldn't survive without it :eek: strange how we change in that way but if I was rushing out to work I know I would do the same as you :) Thats one good point of working at home I can have brekkie at 10 :)

Home made soup (bns, carrot, pumpkin & onion)

Snack a jack x 2 ( 3 syns?!)

Dinner:
Linda Mcartney sausages x 3 ( 6 syns)
3 slices wholemeal bread (hex b + 3 syns)
Olivio light spread (2 syns)
Tea with a tiny bit of milk ( hex a)
Baked beans
Mushrooms
Actifried pots and suede

Desert:
Roulade home made ( 1/2 syn)
Nectarine

Snacks
1 x Roses (2syns)
2 x rollmops
Nibble of left over roast lamb

Total = 17.5 syns (b@llocks!!!)

Lunch:
Left over roast lamb (1 syn - few bits of fat left on I couldn't remove properly!)
Salad (as previous days)
Low fat Cottage cheese with pineapple (3 syn?)
Ryvita minis (hex b)
2 x babybel lights, 1 laughing cow light (hex a)
Grapes

Dinner:
Roast chicken (for a change!)
Roast BNS, sweet pot, aubergine, leek and courgette
Spinach and purple brussels

Dessert:
Roulade (1/2 syn)
1 wifes dodgy chocolate biscuit (5 syns!! not worth it!)

Snacks
2 snack a jack popcorn thingies 3% fat (2 syns?)
Satsumas
1 x sugar free chocolate sweet (3 syns)

Total - 15.5 syns - hmm quite a few :cry:
