ProPoints My journey begins here! 4st 5lb to lose, bring it on :)

Well I've had a good week, lost 3lbs this week. Been tracking everything and done a lot of walking which has helped. I did a 70 minute walk on saturday around a couple of parks with my boyfriend which was lovely.

Just 0.5lbs away from my first silver seven so I should get that next week :) and 1lb until I hit the 13s.

You are doing wonderful.... be proud and keep on trudging :)

Well this week was a funny one. My official WIs are on Monday evenings, but I am naughty and weigh myself at home during the week. Tuesday morning I was up 1.8lbs and I had no idea why. It took me until yesterday to lose it after going to the gym. So I am a bit nervous about WI tomorrow night because I have just 0.5lbs to go until my first silver seven and I really want to get it.

I've had no biscuits this week as per the (will)powerpuff girls challenge, I still have 15 weeklies left and I earned 23 activity points. I hope it's enough.
