Here goes.... Day 1 has been as follows;
Breakfast; banana. & 1.5 slices of scan bran
Lunch; 1 x hard boiled egg sandwich (wholemeal bread from an 800g loaf) & an apple
Dinner; 150g ish gammon, 1/2 large sweet potato oven backed & plenty of veg
HEA - milk in drinks
Snacks - small bowl of pineapple, an apple & a few grapes.
Should I be calling today an extra easy day but synning the second slice of bread?!
Would love to have feedback as I'm finding my way round the diet and am currently 'going alone!'...
