Hi all, I haven't done a food diary since I started sw and luckily I haven't needed to do one since - I'm keeping pretty much on track. But I'm gonna start one from tomorrow. I do green days as I'm a veggie and tend to make the same stuff for dinner on rotation (!) superspeed soup for lunches but I dont really keep a running tally of my syns so this will be quite useful for me. Any advice or tips welcome
