Hi all, i'm rina i'm 33 with a husband and 6yr old daughter i need to lose a stone so this is my new diary that i am starting i've decided to do it on here because i flit between calorie counting and sw and ww which works for me i have a stone to lose and tomorrow is a ww day so here goes:
Breakfast=toast and poached egg=3pts
lunch=on the go sandwich no more than=5pts
dinner=tinned toms and x2 quorn fillets and x3 60g mash=3pts
snacks= x2 sugar puff cereal bars=3pts.
may have a pudding or supper so will update.

thanks emma i've been doing quite well been a bit boring really as i,ve eaten the same thing nearly everyday but went shopping today and i'm gonna do a few sw days so looking forward to that
