My refeed menu....would some kind soul please check to make sure I am ok?

    I start refeed tomorrow does this look ok? xx

    Day 1
    Breakfast

    Lipotrim Shake

    Lunch
    Lipotrim shake

    Dinner
    Chicken breast (4-6oz) baked and seasoned
    Breakfast bowl of salad consisting of..
    • lettuce
    • tomatoes
    • onions
    • peppers
    • celery
    • balsamic vinegar
    Day 2
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim shake

    Lunch
    Tinned tuna – drained
    Salad as above


    Dinner
    Cod (4-6oz) basked and seasoned
    2 heaped tablespoons of vegetables consisting of..
    • carrots
    • broccoli
    • cauliflower
    • sprouts
    Day 3
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim

    Lunch
    Tinned tuna – drained
    Salad as above
    Dinner
    Chicken breast (4-6oz) baked and seasoned
    Breakfast bowl of salad consisting of..
    • lettuce
    • tomatoes
    • onions
    • peppers
    • celery
    • balsamic vinegar
    • plus 8oz mashed potato with a little skimmed milk and a sprinkle of herbs
    Day 4
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim

    Morning snack
    Small banana
    Handful of grapes

    Lunch
    1 pitta – no spread
    4-6oz chicken
    Salad as above

    Afternoon snack
    Apple



    Dinner
    Small piece of steak no fat 6-8oz – grilled
    Vegetables as above
    1 small baked potato 8oz

    Day 5
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim

    Morning snack
    Small banana
    Handful of grapes

    Lunch
    Tuna
    2 slices of brown bread
    Low fat Mayo
    Salad as above

    Afternoon snack
    Apple


    Dinner – spaghetti Bolognese
    4-6oz extra lean mince
    Onions
    Passata
    Mixed herbs
    4 ozs cooked spaghetti
    Serving spoon of vegetables as above

    Day 6
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim shake



    Lunch
    6-8 oz chicken
    Salad as above
    Pitta

    Dinner
    Baked cod seasoned 4-6oz
    4 oz rice
    Low fat yoghurt

    Day 7
    Breakfast
    Lipotrim shake

    Midmorning snack
    Low fat yoghurt

    Lunch
    Plain bagel
    Small salad as above with balsamic vinegar

    Afternoon snack
    Banana
    Apple

    Dinner
    Baked chicken
    Tomato sauce made from Passata with herbs
    4 oz pasta
    Handful of grapes

    Thanks Kered, I can't wait although on the same hand don't really feel ready to give up on the shakes just yet however I want to have a drink next Sunday and so I am going to go alone to get the last stone off with diet and exercise.

    What are you planning on doing to lose the remaining stone? I am calorie counting and finding it good. I can still have my treats then when required as long as I count them in. Vodka and the odd nibble of chocolate lol.

    Hi I am due to refeed next wednesday and I have done a diet sheet last night in advance and its very similar to yours, If that helps at all. xx

    Kered you have done brilliantly !!!I was about same starting weight as you and would love to be the weight you are now. I have to do a refeed cos going away in a week with work and although still going to be as sensible as poss would have struggled to just do shakes. Hope to get back on after that. fingers crossed.

    Thank you Helli.

    I had to do a refeed in Feb to go away and I just stuck to the lipotrim refeed, but I didnt have as many carbs as they suggested. I still gained weight when I came back, but within 2 days of TFR it had come back off again.

    Enjoy your 4 days away, it will be such a treat to have food and the tastes are amazing.
