my refeed

day 10

breakfast: porridge with mixed berries

lunch: jacket spud with cheese and chive

dinner: chilli, ww chips with a tiny bit of cheese sprinkled on!

also a muller rice 2 ww cookies, and a glass of wine!!!! (felt very light headed after just the one lol)
 
day 11

breakfast: sultana bran flakes

lunch: banana and a yogurt

dinner: ww beef hotpot & a ww choc dessert

lunch:ham salad sandwich

lunch: chicken salad sandwich low fat yogurt

dinner: ww chicken hotpot


day 15: porridge and mixed berries

lunch: mushroom omlette

dinner: chargrilled chicken and wild mushroom rice
low fat rasberry cheesecake
 
Thanks for all the information about what you have been eating :) just about to take the step to refeed myself, so it is really useful to see what others have been eating.....I find the idea of eating again exciting but a little scary.
