my very first day on s&s

I think if you are doing a lot of work and yhou feel the need to eat, then eat! It's not worth feeling ill over. Maybe eat more but just keep in mind to have low carb?
 
I'm back!!!!


Move all done.
Had my weigh in this morning and I'm at 12st 13lb so only put on 1lb with all this time off which I'm over the moon with.

Starting again today. Only got 46 packs left so I'm just gonna do 2 weeks of 3 per day plus a small meal and hopefully will be within reach of my 12 stone goal.

Am then just going to stay low carb.

2 weeks 100% hopefully lose 7lbs x x x
 
Help me!!! I keep eating normal food!!!

Need to get diet back on track before this wedding x x x
