Day 51: we went to London for the weekend so I knew today (Saturday) would be a flexi treat day! Limited myself to max 40 syns and kept below that - knowing I could be good the following week before weigh in! I even skipped alcohol (despite going out for drinks after going to the theatre! and skipped yummy looking desserts!)

Breakfast: Fry up - sausages (8 syns), mushrooms and tomatoes (SuperFree!), bacon with fat removed (Free!), baked beans (Free!), 2 eggs (Free, but added 2 syns for oil!), bread (toast) (HEb), other bread (white - 6 syns)

Lunch: didn't have any!

Dinner: craving something a bit healthier so went for a Jacket Potato (Free!) with baked beans (Free!), cheese (HEa), salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes (all SuperFree!)

Dinner: homemade SW burgers - lean mince (Free!), SW chips (potatoes) (Free!), onions (SuperFree!), salad (mainly lettuce!) (SuperFree!), wholemeal roll (6 syns), salsa (1 syn)

...which means I need to keep my syns below 11 syns a day over the next 3 days before weigh in...should be ok :)

Lunch: we were at a hospitality day at the football yesterday (great day...but the diet was punished!) - starter: salmon (Free!) with salad (SuperFree!); Main: Duck (Free because I didn't eat the skin/fat!), carrot mash (SuperFree!), dauphinoise potatoes (6 syns and included my HEa!); dessert: plum tart (don't know how many syns exactly, but 15 syns should cover it!); I skipped the cheese and biscuits! :)

Also added 5 syns for oil, to be on the save side!

Dinner: also provided at the football hospitality - but only had a small plate of various nibbles (10 syns) and 1 biscuit (3 syns)

drinks - diet cokes mainly, but had 1 glass of champagne (4 syns) and 2 orange juices (3 syns)

Total Syns: 42

OK...so I've had a synful few days...99 syns to be precise...which leaves me technically with 6 syns for the rest of the week (4 days!)...gonna be tough to stick to 6 syns over 4 days...if I stick to max 4 syns per day (16 syns total) I'll be satisfied! :)
 
Day 81: (Monday 2nd April 2012)

Dinner: Homemade SW curry - chicken, curry powders, spices, red chillis, worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger, low fat natural yogurt, boiled rice (all Free!) and onions, tomato passata and mushrooms (SuperFree!)

Day 82: (Tuesday 3rd April 2012)

Lunch: tagliatelle, chicken, peas, 2 boiled eggs (all Free!) with veg - carrots, brocolli and cauliflower (all SuperFree!), a small punnet of strawberries and a banana (all SuperFree!)

Dinner: homemade thai bites (Free!), boiled rice (Free!), homemade thai green curry - chicken, peas, chillis (all Free!), onions, peppers (SuperFree!), stock (Free!), soy sauce/fish sauce (Free!), 4 level tbsp green thai past (technically 6 syns, but I only had half the dish so 3 syns!), 16 level tbsp coconut milk (needed using up from cupboard from before I started SW!! technically 1.5syns per level tbsp (24syns) but I only had half the dish so 12 syns).

Drinks: 5 big glasses of water with NAS squash, tea with milk (HEa)

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise - pasta, garlic, lean mince (all Free!), mushrooms, onions, tomato passata (SuperFree!)

Drinks: water, tea with milk (remainder of HEa), diet coke

Breakfast: SW style fry up!! - 2 half fat sausages (6 syns), bacon with fat trimmed off (Free!), baked beans (Free!), 2 poached eggs (Free!), 1 slice wholemeal bread - small, no butter (3 syns), mushrooms and tomatoes (both SuperFree!), (no sauce!)

Lunch: fruit salad - 2 apples, fresh pineapple and banana (all SuperFree!) with low fat natural yogurt (Free!) and 1 hifi deluxe peanut bar (HEb)

Dinner: Chinese takeaway (yum :) !!) - beef with mushrooms (4.5syns), boiled rice (Free!)

Drinks: tea with milk (HEa) x 3, diet coke x 1 Total Syns: 13.5
