Fab news about the meds and even better news that you are now in the 15's. IN a way I find moving into the next stone makes me feel even better than losing say like 5lbs lol

im having a good day saski im having a day off from walking and ive just found out i can transfer from my clait plus course to clait which i should find a bit easier as i was struggling with the other course (ie 4 resubits of one set of coursework).ive got no weigh in this week because of the bank holiday so fingers crossed ill get a good result next week. And im behaving i havent cheated ive had a 100% week so far.
