Need to know calories in small popcorn from vue cinemas

Hi all

Im on the slimfast diet but also calorie count at the same time. I have google and am unable to find the calorie content in a small (although it didnt look so small) salted popcorn from vue cinemas (I guess any cinema will do)

I had a good diet day yesterday and treated myself to the popcorn from the cinema instead of buying the snack a jacks popcorn but now am dreading the calorie content but I guess its cheating if I dont write it down!

small popcorns are usually around 100grams which is equivalent to approx 400 calories.

Thanks heaps that does help!!! Wow thats a lot of calories! In future will stick to the snack a jacks lightly salted!
