Just to let u know that if u go to your doctors and ask him to refer u to slimming world you get 12 weeks free only catch is u hav to attend one ov the nhs exercise class but its only 45 mins and its usually were the sw class is or not far ( mine in a morning is in the same place as the sw class and at night its across the road in a church hall) xxxx

ooh are they still doing that? Is it only certain parts of the country maybe? My GP used to do that, then I asked quite recently and they said the NHS doesn't do it anymore, it's all run by Pheonix now and no more sw vouchers :cry:xxx

Im not sure someone giv me a phone number to ring and they sorted it all out for me also my work has just been round askin if anyone wants to take part in a 12 week health kick and when ive asked ppl wat its all about its 12 week ov sw! Xxx

I went to see my doctor but she said she hadnt heard of the scheme and was not aware of any such schemes planned, wonder if its a regionally funded thing?

thank you so much Emma any help is greatly appreciated, I havent found my doctor to be very supportive, my specialists have all made recommendations and advised she refers me for different tests and shes done none of them, hence the reason I started doing things myself.

Thats not gud xx i hav looked it up online and it says lose weight feel great ashton leigh and wigan so i think it is just in my area sorry
