Nellybongo's new mission

Have set myself a mini target of losing a stone before the end of January and have started my food diary yesterday to keep me motivated' so here goes:

Breakfast: 2 slices ww bread toasted with marmite :) - I love it.
Snack: dried grapefuite pieces
Lunch: ww tomato soup 3 syns
Dinner: spinach, ricotta and lamb mince filo pie 3 syns,sw chips, peas,sweetcorn and gravy.

The pie I found in one of my cook books and amended it was fantastic all th family ate it and I will post it on the recipe thread for everyone. I have just downloaded couch to 5k on my iphone and start tomorrow to boost my weight loss
