New and needing all the help i can get and tips plz :)

Hey i'm new to all this and really want to lose some weight as i have a holiday in 4 months time. Im such a yoyo dieter if im bored i will snack if im feeling low i go to the fridge, i really don't know why i do it for if i feel really crap food seems to help me out. I keep saying i can do this as ive done it before but then i go back to old habits and snack and just think well im fat already i mite aswel eat this now. aghhh does anyone else get like this? i have no motivation left in me and just feel like crying :cry: ( vain i know but i used to be fat and don't want to go back to that place ).

Any advice or helpful tips would be sooooo greatly appreciated :) xx
 
Hi and welcome. Think about that holiday and use it as your incentive. Put pics of the place you are going to on your fridge and focus. Good luck.
