oh god yeah, and that! then when women come to wi wearing millions of layers more than last week and keep their shoes on on the scales, i always want to scream out HELLO?! STANDARDISATION?! don't bloody complain if you gain! xxx

I was diagnosed less than a year ago with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It's extremely painful and makes exercising a challenge. I'm looking into having hydrotherapy. I'm like an old creaky lady at 22! I also have PCOS, asthma and some MH issues.
