it never rains but it pours
I got bad news and I have been out of the loop for a few weeks - my grandad passed away and its taken me to now to even feel i could even check in much less address my diet.

I have really missed the control I felt I was gaining so I am hoping to take hold of the reins again and make this method of eating work for me and me work with it.
