New Diary for a new me!

    As I am starting off again i am starting a new diary, any comments are welcome :)

    I started on Tuesday but as I can't remember that far i'll go from yesterday :)

    AM -

    Banana
    Alpen light choc n fudge bar (HexB)
    Quarter of a Greggs sausage roll 3 syns

    Lunch -

    Quorn spag and cous cous
    Homemade coleslaw 1 syn

    Dinner -

    Mexican Chicken salad with new pots 2syns
    Cheese (HexA)

    Dressing - Balsamic 1.5syns

    Snacks -

    Muller light
    Strawberry bon bon 1.5 syns

    Total syns - 9

    Weight today according to Boots 14st 8lb (wow)
    Gave me the boost I needed tho!!

    Large mixed salad bowl
    King Prawns
    Light choices honey and must dressing (2 Syns)
    2 x Sushi Snack packs (1 syn)

    Dinner -

    Large mixed salad
    Ham
    New pots
    Cheese (HEXA)
    Homemade pot salad w/ light mayo (2 syns)
    Tesco Light coleslaw 100g (3.5 syns)
    Salad cream light (2 syns)

    Snacks -

    1 x caramelised biscuit ( 2 syns)

    2 x eggs scrambled
    Half tin beans
    Mushrooms

    Snack -

    Caramelised biscuit (2 syns)
    Alpen light bar (half HEB)

    Mixed salad stuffs
    Pasta
    Tin of tuna
    tblsp light mayo (2syns)
    Tub of pineapple

    Dinner -

    Pasta
    Chopped toms
    Peppers
    Chilli
    Garlic
    Cheese (HEXA)
    Also, I made the super speed soup which was soo nice so I prob ending up eating a fair bit of that oops!!

    Small rose wine - 6 syns

    Total - 10 syns


    Determined to stick to this food diary now! Helps me remember what I am eating and I have weigh in of friday, not even really expecting a loss after the weekend but I will have a 100% week and treat myself to pizza on Friday :D

    Chicken kebabs with mush, onions and pepper
    Prawns with some sauce ( i'l syn this as 2.5 as im not sure)
    Salad
    Sausage 5syns??

    Snacks

    Maltesers 9 syns
    Wine 27 syns :(

    A whole 43.5 syns :eek: shocking but if I look at it over the week I am still within.
    Wine is my weakness!!
