I used to eat so little on WI day when I went to group lol

Sorry to hear about your STS but it will show a big loss next week.. If u did have a big meal before hand it would definitely have shown on the scales for me x
 
Slight disaster yesterday.
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-2 small WM bread.
B-coffee.
D-ham, lettuce, grated carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, onion, salad cream. Wafer biscuit.
S-banana, alpen light.
Supper (11pm when got back from a show that we had set off for at 5.30pm, hence the lack of tea) 2 small WM bread, bag of crisps (crisp butty-yummy!!), 3 timeouts, 1 drifter, 1 cadburys brunch bar.
WHOOPS!!!!!!

Well I know where I went wrong- should've cooked some rice before I went out so I could have that with some mushy pea curry.Howeve I didn't and so I'm counting last night as flexi syns for the moment so I don't put myself off. I may syn then later in the week so that I can count them if I have a low syn week. I relly want to lose 3lbs this week so that WI will be below 13stone which will be a great thing for me, so I will be sticking to plan from now on!!!
 
Hmmm looks like around 40 syns for the whole day so 25 over-not too bad. Going to forget about them now.
 
Saturday 17th March.
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B- alpen lights (not had yet).
B-coffee.
D-SW quiche, lettuce, grated carrot, tomato, cucumber, onion, beetroot, salad cream.
T-chicken in maggi so juicy garlic, roast potatoes, peas, carrot, leek.

Syns so far- salad cream-2, maggi so juicy-2. Pink wafer-2. 6 so far.
 
Had another 3 wafers so 12 syns for saturday.

Just had a lovely visit to a farm and held a lamb that was born during the night!! Slight problem now is mum is doing roast lamb for tea and I'm going to feel so bad eating it!!!!!
 
Sunday 18th March.
Hex A- 375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B- 2 alpen lights.
B-coffee.
D-chicken in maggi coating, couscous, mushy pea curry.
S- alpen light.
T- roast lamb(!!), frylighted roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips,leeks, brocolli, sprouts, gravy. Melon.
Syns-Maggi-1.5, couscous-0.5, gravy-4. 6 so far, 18/30 (+fridays excess!).
Supper will be green tea and the other alpen light. I'm tired as DD wasn't well during the night so I had a disturbed night so I'm hoping that an early night will be in order and should stop me using anymore syns today.
I've roughly planned the next few days food-I'm a bit skint so want to use what I have in as much as possible.
 
I agree Val- I only have it if its at my mums or I get some thats reduced!!

Monday 19th March.
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-6 ryvita crackerbread.

B-coffee, banana.
D-SW quiche, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, grated carrot, beetroot, onion,salad cream, crackerbreads, 1 pot choc philly.
T-maggi chicken, couscous, mushy pea curry (onions, mushrooms, carrot, celery, tinned toms, mushy peas, spices, tom puree). Timeout.
Syns-salad cream-1.5, choc philly-4.5, maggi-1.5, couscous-1, timeout-4.5. Total 13. 31/45.
 
Bad day yesterday!!:break_diet:

Plan for today-SW quiche and salad for dinner and Maggi cicken, vegetable rice and extra vegies or salad. Going to try and have lots of fruit too-got stawberries, melon, pineapple and grapes so I might make a bowl full to pick at.
No more chocolate mini eggs, crisps or pink wafers!!
 
Wednesday 21st March-spring!!!!!!!!!!

Hex B-just realised I haven't had it-might have alpens whilst watching Apprentice.
B-coffee.
D-SW quiche, SW wedges, lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, mayo.
T-maggi chicken, vegetable rice (peas, sweetcorn, mushrooms, onions, pepper), cauliflower curry (canliflower, leek, onion, garlic, ginger, tinned tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, curry powder).
Syns-mayo-1.5, maggi-2, timeout-4.5. Total-8.
 
Hi helen i lost 2lb this week more than happy with that :)
Have u tried the ww caramel wafers they are same pp's as the pink & white 's so would be same syn value they r scrummy have a good day xx

Well done Val thats great.
No I haven't tried them-like the sainsburys ones because they are so cheap when everything else thats SW friendly seems to be so expensive. However my DD now says she doesn't like them so I won't be getting them again. I have to say I love my timeout finger for 4.5 syns because its proper cadburys chocolate.
 
Thats OK hunny. I didn't post yesterdays diary-(it included too many maltesers!!!).
But class was different and good today-sharing recipes and chatting in small groups which I found I got more out of-though I came out hungry.
But I've lost 1.5lbs this week which was a nice surprise and I feel newly inspired.
 
Friday 23rd March.

Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-2 alpen lights.
B-coffee, satsuma and grapes after WI.
D-SW quiche, SW wedges, lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, mayo. Alpen light.
T-Chicken curry (chicken, onions, mushrooms, grated carrot, lots spices, passata), bombay potatoes including tomatoes, basmati rice, naan bread. Melon, pineapple and satsuma.
Syns- mayo-1.5, naan-11. Total 12.5/15.
 
Saturday 24th March.
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B- haven't had one-whoops.
B-coffee.
D- LO chicken curry, bombay potatoes, rice, 0% greek yogurt. Melon, pineapple and satsuma.
T- roast chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, leeks, sprouts, broccoli, gravy, crabapple jelly.
Syns- gravy and jelly-4 (had less this week!!). Timeout-4.5. Total 8.5. Weekly-21/30.
