No exercise will burn fat from one part of your body. You can only really tone. That's what i been told anyways.

11.5 now! haven't tried really this week so only expected a lil

but! onwards and forwards! this next 3 weeks i want to be belowww 11 and maybe quite a bit below! so swimming and wii fit plus here i come! :D

I want to get to around 13stone or 180lbs. But my 2nd goal is to get into a healthy bmi yea.
 
I've lost 3 stone with another 3.5stones to go :) So you'll have to put up with me for alittle while longer lol

Just thought i'd update it all again

I am now 11.3 :-D

Yesterday i had a baking day!:)

I baked 24 large chocolate chip cookies!

And a huge brownie! Haha my brother and sister are pigging out my mum and dad keep having a nibble and my grandparents are popping over for some later haha!

I wish i could start my own baking shop! Love it!

And i cooked the weightwatchers mini lemon muffins for a lil treat for me :)

So peeps need updating on you guys! i hope you'll reply saying theres less of you ;-)
