Thx - yes realised (too late) yest was a rest day - but had to do school run on foot and garden is desperate for attention - so has to be kept under control!

Gardening is fab for body magic Linda, your doing so well on this challenge, I'm so happy for you ! :D xx
 
1.DATE: Wed 02/07/2014
2.CYCLE : The Turbo Cycle
3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: 3
4. PLAN: GREEN
5. WATER INTAKE: 3 Litres (including nas squash & herbal teas)
6. CARBS TODAY: x2 Ryvita Crispbreads, potatoes in fritatta
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 1 hour walk in the park
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 7 (Protein Shake 5, Olives 1, Ex L Mayo 1)
9. SALAD: Lunch - Frittata chopped up with x2 Ryvita crispbread with philly light, and green salad, olives and cherry tom & mayo .
Dinner - Quorn Chicken Tikka pieces (marinated in ff yogurt and tandoori spice powder) with green salad and olives.

3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: Day 3
4. PLAN: RED
5. WATER INTAKE: Lost track but over 2litres plus green teas
6. CARBS TODAY: None
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: Walking but not all in one go, due to long hosp appt
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 7.5 1 Alpen Light bar, 3sqs Dairy Milk (about to eat those)
9. SALAD No picture today but Cheese and Ham omelette, with mushrooms, red peppers and a huge green salad, plus fresh beetroot and carrot sticks. I didn't get to eat it until late afternoon so not had much else to eat today, felt too queasy after hospital scan. Feeling a lot better now, so hopefully tomorrow will be ok for food.

I've not read everyone else's eats yet but will do in a bit. Good luck for everyone tomorrow, it seems to be going well.

4. PLAN: Red
5. WATER INTAKE: struggling - still have 1 glass of water and my bedtime drink to have - I WILL get there. (It would be easy if I could include my coffee!)
6. CARBS TODAY: None
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: Rest day (packing up and moving office and shopping)
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: Lebkuchen biscuit 10 Syns. (I've had to use a generic calorie guide here, but I think it just about sneaks in)
9. SALAD: trout fillets with lamb's lettuce, chard, beetroot, pepper, baby corn, carrot, mangetout, celery, tomatoes.

7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: none
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: a slice of homemade banana bread ( may have gone over syns but the totm fairy arrived today)
9. SALAD: 2small marinated salmon fillets with lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes

Looks really tasty, I like the quorn but that looks like it would be really well flavoured. You're doing so well with the exercise after all your back pain too, don't overdo it but I'm sure you're being sensible.

Hi Kay, It's been a busy day, walked to the village and back which is uphill. Very tiring in this heat. Hope that this might shift a bit more weight (fingers crossed) It's good to see everyone is doing well. I agree with Patty, it's good to get some inspiration.
Keep going everyone. Looking forward to day 4.

9. SALAD: Chicken Salad. Cajun chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, yellow pepper & spring onions.
