3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: Week 2 Day 3
4. PLAN: Green
5. WATER INTAKE: 3L
6. CARBS TODAY: seeds - synned
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 1 hour exercise dvd
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 4 syns - sprinkle of seeds 2? spoon of golden syrup 2 syns
9a. SALAD 1: large mushroom stuffed with spinach and cheese (HEA) with warm salad - b'nut squash, cherry toms, onions and salad leaves (cold!)
9b. SALAD 2. SW chicken (HEB) curry with rice, salad leaves, cherry toms and cucumber & garlic mixed in ff yog.

Heya, yeah I knew it was EE day hence the potatoes for breakfast and the cupcake syns. I just didn't know how many 'low carbs' was do thought one meal with carbs was the max?? Let me know what you think tho, I think I was just nervous about having too much!!

Yeah 4 litres so mad huh!! I was so thirsry such a hot and sticky day here and I was made to drink two pints today during my blood donor session so otherwise I prob would have stuck to three :) I'll keep it in mind tomorrow and ditch the large bottle, it made it too easy to drink more lol! :) :)

Tea. Burger in a bowl. Plate of lettuce topped with mince, onion, gherkins, spring onions abd cucumber. Burger cheese slices for heA.

Yay ! Well done Linda, fab DAY 3 ! :D Your salads always sound delish, wish I could see some piccys :) . Well done on the water intake and the exercise, your doing super ! Hope your enjoying week 2 as much as week 1 ! I can tell this week, your so in the zone, its brilliant. Ah ok you did EE, you must have typed RED in a hurry so I got confused. In that case its perfect ! :D Well done Lauren and boy am I happy that your ditching that big water bottle lol :p. Good luck for day 4 hun, keep going Lauren, your doing amazing !

I eat fruit with my meals as it then fills me up so I don't need to snack.:)

Yes I have counted every grape and strawberry on your plate :D hehe. I'm so doing a quorn sausage salad soon ! Thanks for inspiring me hun ;). Good luck for DAY 4 your doing brill on TURBO !

Hi Patty, your mackerel salad looks delish ! :p I hope your enjoying week 2 of the challenge. Today was ment to be a rest day hun, don't know if you knew that. It's not a problem, its just so you don't feel tired at the end of the week because tomorrow is an exercise day. For Get Fit its more important the exercise falls on the carb days. The rest of your day is perfect hun, you've done super well this week so far. Hope you have a fab DAY 4 ! Don't know if you realised but I replied to your earlier post about Sunday, that should be fine hun ;) xx
 
PS good luck with your WI tomorrow and thank you for allowing me to have Sunday off! I'll do my best, I promise.

UPDATE - for THURS 10/07/2014 - DAY 4 OF CHALLENGE :p

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a GREEN/EE day. A small amount of carbs are allowed with one meal only. Your other meal must be carb free and a Salad Maincourse. Today you must exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a RED day. Carbs are not allowed. You need to eat 2 Salads in the day. One should be a Side Salad and one a Maincourse Salad. Today you need to do 1 hour of exercise. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns maximum.
