New March and April challenge EXCERCISE

I am over the moon i had my stone award with SW even though i have lost 6lbs before i started so i am one happy camper.
God i worried all week about WI and there was no need!

Congratulations on your loss!

Your thread inspired me to get off my bum and start exercising this week, so I've dusted off my x-trainer and have committed to work towards my silver body magic award at SW. I will be doing 15 mins 6 days a week for the whole of April and fingers crossed I'll beat the 14lb target I set myself for April!

Lost 4lb this week, so must be working!!

Thanks guys, ill join you annettej on the x-trainer challenge, id be happy to lose another 1/2stone for april but obviously i will work towards the 1st mark if possible.

Im glad everyone else is sticking to it, i know you would have steph because your excersise mad!

EXERCISE CHALLENGE-

Ruthyj357- At Least 20 Mins On My X-trainer Every Other Day.
Louise24- Walk 30mins Everyday.
Bumpy0- 15 mins on lateral thigh trainer everyday
Rainbow- 10 mins on trampette everyday
Sportystephcracknell- run 3 times a week/aerobics, 1 weight session a week.
JU1979- walking or trampette at least 30 mins a day
Skinnymonkey1day-walking the dog everyday:chores016: and rowing machine.
Irene-6mins ab-trainer daily, 30 min walk 3times a week.
Taz- loads lol...swimming, kickboxing, and karate.
Rolo- exercise bike and other heavy work duties
Nessa- 20 sit ups and day+dance mat whoooooohoooooo
Ju1979- walking& trampette
Annettej- 15 min on x-trainer 6 times a week.

I am changing my challenge 2 x 1 hours brisk walking (Found someone at SW who wants to go walking so that great).
Forgetting the AbTrainer for now - hurt my back on it.:mad:

Well, I've done my 15 mins on the x-trainer tonight and thrown in 5 mins on the lateral thigh trainer as a bonus!

Sitting in the corner and reading other posts is fine if you're getting the support you need from them. Nothing wrong with being a little shy but don't be afraid to say what you think! I'm sure you have many useful tips and words of encouragement x x:party0049:

Ruthy i have really slacked this last week, naughty i know! I am just exhausted in the evenings with the kids being on school hols! Roll on the 8th April when they go back! (Oh god it's another week away!) Need to get my arse in gear and get back on it!
