I know this probably won't help much but I know original oat so simple is 5pp with skimmed and golden syrup 6pp with skimmed!

I've worked the golden syrup one as 5pp with skimmed. The sachet on its on (36g) is 4pp according to the box. I add 1pp for the skimmed milk, but I only have 140ml as I find it too runny with the full 180.

I find it very good value for breakfast as it keeps me full till lunch.

Am new to this started WW on Tuesday. an anyone tell me if the points given for oat-so-simple(Golden syrup) inidividual sachets include the milk or just the dry weight?
