New start with lots of ss foods, need to be more consistent!

Well I've lost 7.5lb in my first month but it's very mish mash so I am going to try and really work hard at being consistent and drinking my 2l per day and eating lots n lots of super speed foods, also trying to encorporate scan bran on a daily basis as did much better last week when I did this

So today I have had half a red grapefruit with sweetener, bowl of porridge with 200ml skimmed milk (hexa and Hexb).
I have for snacks today 2 satsumas, an apple, some grapes and strawberries.
For lunch I have small amount of pesto pasta (2 syns), with spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers n red peppers.
For tea tonight probably scan bran with tinned tomatoes, baked beans, bacon n scrambled eggs (bit backwards I know!) with pineapple for pud.
I have a 1l bottle of squash with me an:confused:d will get another litre down tonight.
Oh and I've got jillian michaels tonight!
Any ideas on how I can be any 'better'?
