Do you always feel hungry as day 7 and do feel hungry unless I'm doing something and it takes my mind off it , worst thing is its going through me today is that normall or anything to worry about hope you don't mindme asking youquestionsjustjoined and trying to work outhow to use this. Lisa x

I started a diary haven't typed in it for a few days lol

Week 1: -10.5lbs. Week 2: -6lbs. Week 3: -5lbs
 
Thanks sun!! Yeh gave me an extra lil boost today!! Although I've promised myself not to get attached to the scales!! Wait Jen wait!!

When you go to the lipotrim form there's a sub forum called diaries.. But if you click on my picture to view my profile then go to 'threads started by this user' it will be there 'jenis diary'

Lisa... Funny you should say that (actually not that funny!!!) but day 7 it was going through me to and I thought I'd have trouble going!! All good now tho :)

Mine is in the main forum under diaries not on the lipotrim diary section. I'm not very good at writing diaries lol

Cheers Jeni I'll go do it now & got to say reading other peoples diaries is very helpful, other day I couldn't get to sleep & I started reading a diary which help & before I know it I was fast asleep :) & also when I got time on my hands I tend to read them :)
 
Totally agree chan... Passes time very fast! And gives me a high.. Some of them are amazing! Hoping to add a bit of exercise to mine next week! But we'll see! :)

It's good to read them. I have decided to do this until my holiday 21 sept, then after hol I'm gonna join weight watchers. I been to Cuba before, same place, n the food is amazing, don't think I can come back to shakes!!!
But deffo doing till I go Cuba!

Once I've done this Veronica, I will be sticking to eating small portions (which is my downfall, I can eat & eat )& also i will make sure ensure i eat more wholemeal bread, pasta & rice with the general vegetable portions ect & Jeni I got my one hour gym session tomorrow &luckily my body had finally stopped aching lol bet the trainer will make sure it's aching again lol
 
Chan, I can eat n eat n eat as well :-( n takeaways are my downfall, but hoping to change my habits. I did find with weight watchers if I dieted during the week n I used Saturday as a treat day, n Sunday was half n half n I still lost 2-3 pounds a week doing that. It's just not fast enough for Cuba lol x

Is it just me or are you all getting lots of energy lately, I am wide awake in the morning & full of energy until around 5ish & I don't seem to want to sleep longer & can stay up later then usual!
One of my colleagues the other day said to me: what on earth are you taking , as I was buzzing around in the office lol x
 
I seem to have loads of energy and buzz around until about this time of day... Then go down hill a bit!! Just finishing my ironing then I plan to do nowt! But it is the w'end! :)

I just tried a latte with t spoon of coffee nice felt like I was having something different just today I have got upset tummy can this be normal .?
 
Hi Jewel :),

I am good ta, you just hang in there chick, I think evening times tend to get hard at times but remain distracted & time will fly away & before you know it, it's another day& also make sure you drink plenty of water (2-4litres) good luck :)
