Hey all!

Not sure if there could be a section where we could do diaries for this diet?

anyway I've been doing this diet since Wednesday with Thursday and Friday being my fast days. I'm quite surprised that I've not wanted to purge on my normal days and it has made me more conscious of what I am eating.

Any tips on what kind of drinks you can have on your fast days? As i don't want to waste most of it on milk for teas :)

I'm thinking of having to have less milk in tea too - I have lots of fruit tea bags so no excuses just need to use them!!
 
Started 5:2 today.

Having done JUDDD before one tip is make fruit tea and then chill it re squash but no cals.
