New to diets & doing sw!

    Hi!

    I always tried too look after myself but leaving my parents house and going on to a student budget led to cheap food and the weight creeping on!!

    This is the first diet plan I've followed and I'm doing the extra easy plan and it just seems too easy! I feel like Im doing it wrong?! Lol!!

    Love reading all the inspiring posts here and hearing it work!!!

    Hi and welcome , this is my second time on Sw and it really does work even though you feel you can eat alot !!!!! I lost 8st in 2004 on my first time on Sw just doing 4 red and 3 green days each week and a half hour workout each day !! I'm doin the original 2004 plan /recipies as I know it worked for me then and got some of the original books via eBay ! As a blokie bloke I can't bring myself to do the classes but I've heard from other members of the family there great too !!!! Best of luck and let me know how your gettin on . K
