Hi all,

So I'm currently following a diet plan called the terriann 123 diet plan, i had lost almost 2st in 4 months but ive put 1st back on and still have just over 4st to lose, been following for 1 year fell off the wagon quite a few times not due to the plan but because I am a comfort eater once I fall off plan. I find it hard to get back on track keep starting then falling off plan then restarting again so today I gave myself a kick up the bum I've prepared my food for next couple days so I think this will help a lot. Just thought I would introduce myself and would like to hear some of you weight loss stories or what diets you are currently following.

Welcome to Minis! I am calorie counting but like you it is a bit laboriously slow due to over eating and drinking at weekends. I have another stone to go to be really happy. Good luck in your quest. :)
