    Lunch: Mashed potato (Free)
    Spring onion (Free)
    Cheddar cheese (HOA)
    Baked Beans (Free)

    Dinner: Pasta (Free)
    Lean steak mince (HOB)
    Dolmio extra light sauce (2.5syns)

    Snacks: Fruit
    250ml semi skimmed milk (HOA)
    1 Hovis nimble bread (HOB)
    1 Flora extra light (1syn)

    Total syns: 5.5 syns


    Is this ok?????

    Looks ok Huni, but one question can you have 3 slices of Hovis nimble bread as a HeB?? I dont eat it, so not sure.
    What about fruit and veg?
    Perhaps you could have a small salad with your steak and pasta (which sounds lovely by the way!).
