Hello to you all, just found this site through a friend seems really good place for support etc.
Anyway, i started LL on 6th January and so far so good. Just need to get my head round posting and reading on here now! lol
Any tips would be gratefully received!

Elo!!!! your all so friendly, well so far lost 15 lbs and weigh again in couple of hrs which is my 3rd weigh in xxx
The name was a joke my dad in law and me made up! lol, i said im going to make a plaque and have it on the front of my house xxx

Hello again, yes finding it ok. Only had one bad 'NEED F***' day (so far) and took myself off to bed at 6.30 much to my families surprise! lol.
Weighed again last night and lost another 6! was really chuffed
21 lbs gone in 3 weeks, so pleased
