new weight watchers shop Book?

Hi. IM planning on starting again.
I want to buy the new shop and eat out books.

Does anybody know when the 2013 books are for sale or if they are already for sake.

Is the new shop book worth buying? i have 2012, is there much more added?

I had the 2011 so they were worth me getting but I probably wouldn't bother if you have the2012 of either shop or eat out
