good to see we are clocking up the hours!!

I have been averaging about 50 mins a day - 30 mins free step watching The Biggest Loser on Sky Plus and 20 mins of routine - whatever it throws at me from what I have picked!

I managed 82 mins today though - very chuffed!!

I didn't realise hula hoop and boxing went advanced - I think because I keep doing set routines through the fitness suite I don't get ranking scores or get to move up a level....I need to start doing that!

If you want advanced Hula Hoop then if you've unlocked it the icon for it is on the left of the screen, second one down (on Aerobic workouts)

Well I got 30mins of free step done - so quite pleased as I really didn't fancy doing any to be honest!
Glad to find another Biggest Loser Fan - it's great to free step to......I couldn't watch it and not do exercise - i'd feel too guilty LOL :D

Know the feeling on not being bothered, I literally have to force myself some days :p Once I get going though I'm glad I've racked the hours up! That flaming hula hoop knacks me but I HAVE to do it - good waist wittler!! :stickdance:
 
Another 36 mins done for me. I did 20 mins free running while watching scrubs on DVD as that is 20 mins long so works well then did some yoga/muscle work

Well done maypole, its a great idea to do the exercise whilst watching something, kind of takes your mind off what you're doing! I like to put my music on.

Wow Pigletville well done, you've put me to shame this weekend :p Brilliant hun!
I've just dug out my Dance Dance Revolution so I'm going to have a go at that later on after my Wii Fit sess! I just found out I was using the dance mat wrong, no wonder I wasn't getting a good score! :eek:
 
What exercises do you do?

boxing and step (both the ten minute one)

i do the muscle ones too as im wanting to build up alot of muscle

Wii Fit probably won't do much if you're just doing that on its own. I attach 5lb weights to my ankles and do the Fit :D Although not everyone will be able to do that. I do other exercise too like walking, cycling, exercise bike and dancing.

Although I have heard of success stories with just the Wii Fit on its own, I suppose it depends on what you do and how much etc along with a sensible diet. I'm not sure! I think its each to their own to be honest hun :)

Seriously though - what do you mean? Are you not noticing any changes?

:p i forgot to say, im comparrison to an actual gym class, i used to use the wii alot a year ago, and i didnt get much from it at all.... i only got intoa sweat and my heart rate was up after doing 3 hours straight on it......i shall be sticking to my gym instead hehe!

Well I've just done 28 minutes of Hula Hoop and am not even aching so thats fab, I can really feel it pulling my sides though so I'm happy at that. Gonna get some more done after I've had my soup :)
