New Year, New Start

I know its not a diary (unless I change the thread name..?) but lost 3lbs and very glad about that. Could have been more I know, but going in the right direction. Too much cheating by me and it does show up on scales.

Target this week is to really up the exercise and NOT CHEAT!

Good news is that OH has now joined me on vlcd and seems focused so we should be able to support each other.

I am tasking teenage children with preparing their own meals (they like cooking anyway) and this should help in keeping temptation at bay.
