hi everyone, well i've been reading posts and diarys and the website and to say i'm confused is an understatement,

here is what i was thinking of having today please let me know your advice or critizim because i'm not sure i understand it yet

2 lean bacon mushroom, onion egg (free)
1 slice of brown bread ( this is healthy b ) ?

wrap ( have to find out how many syns)
chicken, lettuce, sweet corn, cherry tomato & scallion
with fat free helmans (so is this all free?)

home from work

super noodles (free ?)

baked potato brocilli and snap peas (free)
lean pork chop gravey made with granuals (free ?)

ww low youghart, apples, banana,

smoothie made with low fat youghart mango banana & orange juice (have to find syn for the juice )

Through out the day milk in coffee so thats my healthy a ?
so is this right guys?

i would really really appreciate your help if you have time

Hi there and welcome.
I'm taking this as an EE day.

2 slices of WHOLEMEAL bread from a 400g loaf is a HEB
extra low hellmans needs to be synned - 0.5 syn
LOW FAT supernoodles are free
Gravy granules need to be synned
Yes, syn the wrap
The smoothie woud ALL need to be synned not just the juice because pureed, mashed or cooked fruit is not free
You need a HEA (milk or cheese)

thanks very much, u are very good, i've been looking at the losses on here and how many people are on line the whole time it seems fantastic,

i'll leave out the smoothie so! to confusing for me for now!

ya i did read that link found some of it hard to follow but i think i'll get to understand it never ever did sw before, so different to ww
