Newbie and Received my Portion Pots

    I'm new to the RC diet and stumbled across it by mistake when I bought her magazine by accident, but I'm so glad I did.

    My portion pots arrived this morning, but the little card attached to them only lists a few foods to use them for - is there a full, more comprehensive list for the pots?

    I need to loose about 2st and I am determined this time, especially as my partner and I want to get married and start a family and I want to look good at my wedding and also be able to instill healthy eating habits and attitudes to our children - I don't want them to see their mum yo-yo diet.

    Hi i used to go to class and i think that is the only list you get for the portion pots. In the back of the diet book there is a calorie counter. Good luck with your weightloss journey. I have about 8 stone to lose and have just started back rc today along with xenical xx

    Welcome and good luck. When you go to class the Phase 2/3 book has a whole list of foods that can be measured using the portin pots. Not sure why it's not in Phase 1 as I would have appreciated it more in the first 2 weeks.

    I've just joined RC having been with SW for ages and got stuck at the same weight for months - lose a couple of pounds, put it back on again, etc. I like the idea of an exercise class incorporated with the main class as that's my main problem - lack of exercise as I sit in front of a computer all day and I work at home so I don't even have to leave the house to get to work! I've already lost half a stone in 2 weeks which is fantastic.:) I'm definitely going to keep on with this diet. I haven't actually used my portion pots yet so I don't know what I can put in them. I prefer to weigh things on my scales as that's what I've got used to.
