Newbie Atkins diet diary

Breakfast, four Richmond sausages (all I had) Lunch, two hard boiled eggs, mayo and spinach
Snack cap aching nut Atkins bar
Dinner beef stew, leeks, cauliflower

Day two Breakfast two rashers bacon Snack cup of decaf tea, and skimmed milk. Plus hazlenut Atkins bar yummy
Lunch Brussels sprouts, mackerel, phillidelphia
Snack, another Atkins bar
Dinner, chicken, pepper, courgette, cheddar.
