Hiya, I only started SW yesterday.
It is a little confusing at times, and I am worried I am getting things wrong.
I will post what I THINK my syns etc are and will be greatful of any feedback!!
Also, because I have enrolled at 2/3 gym classes a week @ 4.20 a go, I can't actually afford to go the classes, and am using an oldish book that my mum gave me. So could use both encouragment (that I will miss out on by not going classes) and updates on new/changed SYN values. I hope that is ok and not too cheeky for me to ask on my first post

Also, tomorrow, me and my fella are taking his nephew to maccies for his birthday. So as not to be tempted, I am having tea before I set off. Thing is, having the fab fella that I have, he has made me pasta, with mushrooms, onions...but also added jar of tomato sauce rather than using fresh. I feel awful to tell him I can't eat it. So bearing in mind I wont be eating the FULL jar, how many syns am I looking at for that? I am having a green day, so pasta will be free. Thanks in advance for reading my 1st post!!
