Hi all!

Sophie here, 23 from
Manchester. Current weight is 11.9-eeek! Need to lose at least a stone! Also allergic to dairy products which makes dieting a bit harder...Daily points are 29 pp

Here's what i've eaten so far today:

Bowl of coco pops & soya milk -5 PP
2.5 km on excersize bike ( it was hard work)!

WW wrap with ham & salad-3
1 tsp olive oil- 1
French fries crisps-2

Total so far today - 11 PP- not bad!

Although I tend to get hungry late afternoon & after tea! Will complete the rest of the day later!

Pasta (had a bit too much so calling it 8)
Olive oil-2

Grapes-0

That's 28 in total today! Was rather hungry this eve but managed to resist eating! Struggling to sleep though now watching these awful riots all over the country!

I live in Newton Heath just near the man city ground. So how u finding WW? It's my 7th weigh in tomorrow iv lost 1 stone 11 so far, was really hoping to loose 3 this week to get my 2 stone but it was my bday last week so not had a good week at all!! Xx
 
Wow!! Cpngratulations hun, thats an amazing loss!! Well i started on the discovery plan last Sept & lost almost a stone! Now, im allergic to dairy products which i only found out about 2 years ago& last Nov I found out i could eat chocolate bourbon biscuits as they have no milk in! So i ate about 20 packs & ruining all my ww efforts! I rejoined in March bt gave up quickly. I've been more aware recently that my weight is getting out of control & my confidence has plummeted! So this time, I really have to get my act together!!

Well done for your loss, it's really inspiring!! X
 
Aw thanks belive me if I can do it anyone can lol. I think I need to try n start doing bit mote exercise that's my goal for next week just wanna get this dreaded wi tomorrow outa the way!! Xx

Good luck with WI Jemma! After my disatrous time on the excersize bike yday I had a really sore bum! Just went for a leisurely walk with the dog today! X
 
Ok so it's almost 6pm... Not having tea yet as family arent hungry *rolls eyes*, so think im gonna break into the magic 49 points!

Here's today so far!

Breakfast

Bit boring so far, same as yday! Going to have a snack now, then think about tea..
I have turkey, chicken & lean mince in the fridge! Hmmm , decisions!!! X
 
Eeek, i dont know what to do, my mum's bought a bbq roast chicken from M&S , but i dont know how i would point it. Will it be ridiculously high? Better to just have something else?

not sure if this helps but a sainsbury chicken wing (45g) with bbq marinade is 3 pp
 
I managed to find some of the white meat with no sauce on, just had a little bit! Prob count it as 4? Didnt have much!

Last night i ended up having another choc bourbon which brought my points to 26:/29

Today iv had:

Breakfast: coco pops& soya milk - 5pp

Lunch: 2x ww bacon-2
1x ww sausage-1pp
Tomatoes-0
2x ww bread -2pp

Total so far today : 10/29

Going out for tea with family! Hopefully il find something reasonably healthy! X
 
Hey, I thought WW bread was 3pp for 2 slices? Which bread is that you're having? Lunch sounds yum though :) x
